I can't figure it out either folks....only to say it's the MS syndrome. I experienced that parinoia Investing in Intuit this past year. Everybody who held that stock was so POed an fearful that MS would take them out...that it left an easy 100%er on the table. If Checkfree is going to trade at a discount....because of the MS factor.......so be it. If they execute their business plan with their partners they well be ok L/T. Beside....Intuit has survived the direct assult by MS with and 80% share in their product lines....and it hasn't been pretty. I'm sure if the folks at Checkfree talk to the Intuit people they'll gain insight into how to play their cards. Other than that I don't have a clue.....................
