Hi Scumbria, Wasn't $5B recently transferred from Calif high-tech home to Texas oil/energy firms? $8B (Calif State) - $3B (Remaining Calif State funds) = $5B (Money sent to oil/engery firms) Next time a Republican oil executive goes into Office, maybe I should sell all of my high-tech stocks and purchase oil/energy stocks.
