SEATTLE, April 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cognigen Networks, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: CGNW), the Seattle based Internet-enabled marketer of
communications services, reseller and facilities based carrier, today
announced executive personnel changes and the successful introduction of three
new telecommunication services.
Thomas S. Smith, Cognigen's president and CEO, disclosed that David L.
Jackson, who had served the Company since September of 1999, has been replaced
as secretary and is no longer the senior vice president for corporate and
public affairs. Mr. Jackson has been on medical leave and in convalescence
since January of this year. He will continue to serve as a member of
Cognigen's board of directors. Gary Cook was appointed corporate secretary in
addition to his duties as senior vice president, treasurer and CFO. Speaking
for Cognigen's board of directors, Mr. Smith expressed his deep appreciation
for Mr. Jackson's tireless work and dedication, "Dave Jackson was instrumental
in transforming Cognigen into a publicly traded company, and in guiding
Cognigen through its early development. He has been a consistent protector of

Mr. Smith also announced the appointment of Michael Harper as corporate
controller. Mr. Harper has been employed by Cognigen since August 1999, and
had been chief accountant at Cognigen's Seattle headquarters. He received a
BA in Latin from the University of Minnesota, taught English in Japan and
recently received an MBA from the University of Seattle. Mr. Harper has
successfully passed the Washington State Board of Accountancy certified public
accountant examinations.

SEATTLE, Feb. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cognigen Networks, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: CGNW), the Seattle based Internet-enabled marketer of
communications services, reseller and facilities based carrier, today
announced financial results for the three and six month periods ended December
31, 2003. Complete unaudited details can be obtained from the Quarterly
Report on Form 10-QSB that Cognigen will file today with the SEC, which may be
accessed through Edgar Online and similar services.
Cognigen's CFO, Gary L. Cook, stated, "Our fiscal year's second quarter
operating results show positive net income coupled with a slight reduction in
operating expenses. For the quarter ended December 31, 2003, Cognigen
reported net income of $236,983 compared to net income of $245,014 for the
same quarter in 2002. Results for the six months ended December 31, 2003,
show net income of $44,083 compared to net income of $299,148 for the same
period in 2002.
