RE point 2..There is a move afoot to take all the programs to the internet. To be accessed by wireless, terminals, etc. Goal? to stop the piracy, to allow portability, to collect billions of fees for all types of accesses...rather like the banks....and by the way, it will include the banks.....Money is becoming merely an Electronic Spark. It was first hard goods, then Specie(hard money) now most is Fiat money (paper backed by "faith in your respective government" and is fast shifting to that fast Spark...Scares me....however back to the main topic..accessing that spark and manipulating it will be a big part of the internet..Along with speech..translation, word processing, communication..Whatever. Eventually they want the programs to reside somewhere in never never land..so they can control them...probably also your data, so they can look at it.
