LOL. You are so dense it is unbelievable. PFE was DENIED the R&D money because they didn't want to give the govt the ip rights (as is required by many govt contracts). That's a fact. They developed it on their own dime but secured a $2 billion supply order from OWS before the vaccine had been developed.
