A conspiracy ... no, but perhaps a new product launch!

Im sure Microsoft has nothing against individual letters in the alphabet but by refusing to acknowledge S-U-N as a word they are in fact "improving" the English Language which will be available with Microsoft English(tm)Language 200X beta (MS English Language 200X plus pack available for $45/US to contain mild profanity) and dealing with a competitor in one stroke. After all if people can't spell S-U-N, how can they buy their products? it fits Microsofts Modus Operandi - take something already commercially succesful (for this reason there will be no Microsoft French Language 200X) well established and that requires no new innovation and simply bundle it with Windows and declare everything else non-standard since you own the platform. After the suckers (er.. customers) get used to it they'll have to pay for upgrades to use some functions such as say..vowels. It will be fun in the sun (Solar Radiating Orbital body that is) for the Redmond bunch as they will have established a new "choke hold" on another key communication highway - hey Janet Reno - get stuffed!
