"The success of Windows 8 on Arm (now called Windows RT) is not. I am certain MS is very, very concerned about this."

I'm sure MS envisions a future when legacy x86 programs are no longer prevalent, when there will be no difference in the user experience between x86 and ARM-based machines. Until then (and beyond then), I don't see why they would care whether people buy a Windows RT or a Windows 8 tablet.

If Windows 8 x86 tablets can truly come out with "no compromises," there's no reason why Nokia won't put out x86 tablets rather than an ARM ones. It's not like they have any experience with ARM-based tablet form factors.
