Thanks Alberto. I recall Ted Carter using some numbers about a year ago. I don't recall them exactly but with one done deal he was estimating a stock value approx. $100. Therefore this sounds like it is in the ballpark. Of course this would not allow for any speculation on the other deals being worked on.

There are two more in the works as well as the racetrack.
