Dwight, I'd love to buy a high speed modem, would buy the USRX 56 in a heartbeat - if it would do any good in my village. As it is, I have a 14.4 and can only get a 9600 connection at best. If you think there is a solution to this problem, let's talk via e-mail. I'm rsklc1@aurora.alaska.edu. Ken C
