Thanks Brad for the reply. From what I understood, there was a few "hoops" to jump through, but then the Canadian broker could buy and sell for us in the USA. However there seemed to be some prohibition to them "soliciting" us, thus I never heard from my broker unless I called. So what's the point of paying for a full-service broker if he isn't going to give you the full service you are paying for? Then Cannacord bought the brokerage firm, and now they want me to switch to a US subsidiary. Thus my search for a online broker. So far everyone I've checked with will do it only through the phone with a broker and charge full service pricing. Oh well. I ramble! :o)

Thanks for the list of brokerages. I will check them ALL out!
