600,000 new accounts bring growing pains to many? Yes, I can understand growing pains, but that does not excuse proper recordkeeping. BTW, Customer Service is powerless- some trading turkeys control the show and make decisions. The equivalent would be for a bank to reject a check for "insufficient funds" when you have a deposit slip indicating the opposite from the previous day. That is called incompetence.
