Clearly you last reply "I'll take that is a "Yes"." simply proves again the accuracy of my analysis in the post you replied too. Well I wonder why anyone would quote a line like... "Engineers are usually quite good at mitigating the dumb stuff lawyers put in contracts that really push up costs" And then ask the question, "Do you have Tourettes?" Unless D. Long can provide some additional context, every rational Engineer and Lawyer would conclude such is posted by someone out of touch with reason legal and technical. And also it would seem Engineers are usually quite good revealing the fools who post dumb stuff.
