And, my stars, that decision emanated from the {gulp} Ninth Circus of all places!

Man, just imagine what the federal courts will look like after President Bush is through re-aligning them to the Pryor/Rogers Brown side of the spectrum.

P.S. - That trial court judge to whom reference was made, David Bury, was appointed by President Bush. And that anti-illegal immigration measure passed by the slim majority of 56-44. Yeah, in Arizona(!) an anti-illegal immigration measure passed by 12 percentage points.

Elections do matter.

And this is an extremely-conservative country – on the issues.
