Semiconeng and Elmer, check out the Wretchister on this one: they're claiming a delay of 0.13 capability to 2002 because Intel announced 0.13 on 300 mm to be in 2002. Doesn't this "writer" realize Intel plans to do 0.13 on 200 mm first? I suspect they will correct their article after they get the real story here in SI. It's happened before. EP
