Dear Ratan lal: I see Bill F. gave you an excellent reply. I agree with what he has said. For myself, not being Muslim it isnt easy for me to get inside of their heads, but I have to believe people are basically the same all throughout the world. It is my belief, rightly or wrongly, that most people are good hearted and would not resort to terrorism or other acts of violence against another were it not for inflaming of emotions by their leaders. I also believe that people who get to be leaders do what they have to do to keep that position. If they believe that an action will result in their destruction its unlikely they will continue such an action. Thus, once we take out a few of the leaders of govt's supporting terrorism my thought is the others will take the cue and amend their actions. To say it simply, one needs merely to repeat an old quote, "to kill a snake you got to cut off its head" JDN
