Rob,

I know your track record is top rate.

I just think you may have blown an engine this time.

We will see next week. The Commission is meeting this weekend to consider yet another upgrade....to "triple screaming double table pounding buy"......which of course has never been awarded.

We would of course make this move prior to the open on Monday.
