>Is there anything that one can do now if you are interested in the Waterhouse IPO or do we just wait to be notified as to when to apply?
uh, you mean besides opening a waterhouse account, john? <vbg>
no, unfortunately, i don't believe there's much that one can do besides using the s-1 as bedtime reading. according to a poster on the "waterhouse securities IPO" board, a green line rep has given the standard party line:
"[D]ue to Canadian and U.S. securities regulations, Green Line cannot accept any expressions of interest in the form of names, telephone numbers, or e-mail's until the registration statement is filed." (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=9335207)
the preliminary s-1 is out, but not the full monty. (green line, as you're probably aware, is TD's investor services brokerage for canada, and abroad, and will also be a part of the TD waterhouse securities IPO.)
sorry i can't be more help -- i'd simply continue to tune into this board, the waterhouse site, and/or TD's press releases for the latest.
