You know, fraud has nothing to do with whether or not anyone makes a mistake in an honest attempt to analyze the markets, but since you feel this has any relevance, please refer to the following. I like this one best:

If we all try to make the market crash, I am sure that we can do it.
As for 'me and my house' we will serve the Tech Lords and stand firm. What's the difference between 61% or 62% or 63%?

There are a lot of factors within a company, that quarterly earnings do not adequately measure...humble carl
