Premiums tripled for me since 2014 with huge deductibles. Thankfully found something else so didn't have to stay on the 'affordable care act' exchange this year which is destroying what is left of the honest small business person that only encourages 'not working' in essence to make it 'affordable'. Also like you am quite healthy so never use it for which I thank GOD every day.

Live and eat the way you and I do, minimize stress, add in some spirituality and a sense the world isn't all about YOU and odds are you'll lead a quite healthy life free of the system till at least Medicare kicks in and hopefully till we are well into our 80's.. If all American's did this we can cut at least 75% off health care costs and bring total health care to GDP in line to where it was before 1965 when LBJ's/Koan's Great Society took off.
