With DT repeating its desire to buy FT stake in Global One and CEO of Sprint talking about change in the structure of G1 and that FON and DT are in agreement, this come as not surprise.

Later in the article Bone is more clear saying that ownership only will change:

"Bon said that Global One, which has yet to break even, has caused its partners "a lot of worries, but it was
finally starting to improve" in terms of service offered to clients.

Despite the improvements, the squabbling between shareholders over strategic direction likely will result
in the breaking apart of Global One's shareholding structure in the near future, Bon said.

Global One isn't securing as many new clients as it should because competitors keep telling clients that
Global One's future is uncertain, which is a valid tactic, Bon acknowledged."
