Adam, my impression is Microsoft is having a tougher time holding on to talent then Intel is. But, perhaps Intel has more faith their stock will climb back then Microsoft does. We'll just have to wait and see... --- Historically, Microsoft's attrition rate has been well below the industry average. - Eric
