I have close ties to Los Alamos. I know how much these things end up costing. $100 billion is probably very conservative.

I have a feeling that we are still in the research stage, and some years from deployment of anything. The decision of whether to deploy and what to deploy has not been made, so that's why I am wondering that you already have a price tag.

Just hold your whining until we know more.
