GDLS.OHHHHHHHHH.SEC suspends trading in Green Dolphin Monday April 26, 11:48 am ET WASHINGTON, April 26 (Reuters) - The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (News - Websites) on Monday suspended trading in shares of Green Dolphin Systems Corp. (OTC BB:GDLS.OB - News), citing concern about the chemical company's press releases and public statements. Green Dolphin's stock, which traded at 41 cents on Friday on the over-the-counter Bulletin Board, was suspended through May 7, the SEC said in a statement. The SEC cited concerns about certain public statements Green Dolphin issued about a business relationship with a national restaurant chain. Officials with Green Dolphin, which says it makes environmentally friendly specialty chemical products, could not immediately be reached for comment.
