What we need is someone who will unite the country around the goal of finding solutions to problems,... United we stand, divided it's everyone for himself in a dog eat dog mess. "Give the man a chance, let's see if he can do it." Everyone has a chance. In an uncorrupted and honest campaign process the best person should come out on top. "So, there is now whining from the right about how Obama is actually fighting back against the smears. Well, I say, too bad. It is akin to the situation in WWII against Germany and Japan; in the end, we used brutal strategies to end the war. Once the war was ended, we began the benevolent rebuilding of Europe and Japan, and strengthened both our country and the world. So, if Obama needs to go negative to fight the Rovian smears - so be it. I disagree. Obama was a unique phenomenon when he showed up on the scene promising something different. That was attractive and commanded our attention. I was withholding judgement until I saw what he laid out as operationally concrete plans for his change agenda. Now he has been given really bad advice or used really bad judgement by getting into the pig wallow...and I'm goin' wha'happend
