Even with ASP's dropping on VCD the margins remained intact with the intoduction of the CL680.

At the new price points VCD is accelerating. Shipments in the first week in April confirm this, also confirms that our momentum is renewed.

Alex admitted that they made two mistakes in VCD.
1- Didn't reconize how rapidly the competition was entering.
2- Didn't drop prices early enough, giving the copetition momentum into the beginning of Q1.

20 VCD companies are going into production with the CL680 now.

Divicom performing ahead of expectations.
