I've been reading through the annual report. The recent loss of two key players caught my attention. These are James Summerton, PHD (resigned Sept 97) & John Beaulieu (resigned June 98), a previous board member. Both held/hold substantial stock positions in the company, 20% & 8% respectively. Anyone have any background info on why these departures occurred? Thanks in advance...
