Have you seen this weeks Barrons. They have an article on mutual funds
dedicated to the technology sector. The participants include three of the most prominent managers of tech funds. John Force, who runs red-hot PBHG Technology & Communications, which this year has returned better than 50%. Charles "Chip" Morris, runs $3 billion-plus T. Rowe Price Science & Technology. Paul Wick, who manages Seligman Communications & Information.
None of them currently own Netscape. One of them doesn't own any
internet stocks. One did own it before for a few seconds during the
IPO.
Usually, Barrons has some effect on the market. It will be interesting to see if Netscape stock can continue to perform as strong as it has lately.
