But all I am saying is that 300,000+ shares is a lot of volume for CLCDF considering the low volume of past weeks. I assume some large blocks are being bought up by mutual fund types. Perhaps a couple of newsletters put out a speculative buy on the stock. That kind of change in volume doesn't just come out of nowhere.

How can you say that institutions are given too much credit for price movements? Probably people aren't sufficiently aware of their impact. A mutual fund accumulates 5% of a company, it's bound to make a ripple.

If you haven't noticed there are trillions of $$$ in mutual funds.
