Monty revision of Jan. 14 Don't you think an analyst raising expectations b4 earnings is bullish, I do. Most companies that send strong signals get these just b4 they report. I think shares are being slowly accumulated by smart money waiting for the big upgrades to come out slowly but consistently upwards until the big strong buy sell signal...
