Shostok (sp?) on the mises.org talked about the stimulus as well -- he expected a pickup, but was a little more guarded about its effcetiveness -- esp concerning profits, but guess we have to also consider the ability of the hucksters to keep painting things a little better than they are ...

Heck, if they can get the bulls to buy a recession -- there's no reason why they can't get 'em to buy a lapse in the continued erosion of profits.
