In today's environment, 2 cents above estimate will not cut it. There is no improvement in margin. It just shows again that the semi. industry is still far from recovering, otherwise CUBE should show margin improvement compared with 1996. Some people have been chanting recovery for almost 9 months, but there has been no solid evidence of that. The stock price of the whole semi. group is running ahead of itself.
