Agreed on HPQ.

A quality power house that lost focus on Ms. Carly, who had all the buzz words and eloquence.

To give her due,she installed the internet way of creating savings, and that set up a quick turn.

Mr. Hurd however, came in and made the tough cuts and that dropped profits to the bottom line.

With either, it was a class company.

But with both, it is dynamic.

My favorite of them all is Agilent - which to me was the adopted son that made all the right moves without the stardom,and in a faster fashion.

Dominance in the sector and margins in the business ,or it is spin off or for sale.

They too have had an impressive run.

Bought them in the low 20's and like they way they address business.
