Suntrader, I received a similar response; Jacalyn, you will recognize the questions included in my email to Manning :-) FWIW I sold Monday morning @ 2 15/16 to get into another issue but I'm still following this with great interest.

Mr Cassinerio Thank you for your email of 14 June. XSNI is a free ISP in the UK. In answer to your question, I would draw your attention to the circular to shareholders sent out in February. As soon as we have anything to add to it, we will be in touch with all shareholders. J Robert Manning
Mr Manning, I am a shareholder in OTCBB XSNI and am trying to positively verify that XSNI is in fact X-Stream Network, a free internet service provider in the UK. Is that correct?
In addition, I have a few questions regarding X-Stream business plans:
1) Is X-Stream planning on a public offering, If so, when? 2) What is the status of the NASD filing 3) Does X-Stream have a strategy in place to respond to Dixon's plays 4) How many users does X-Stream have currently - 5) considering partners? if so, who, what; expansion plans what are they and are they being implemented, where are they and what is happening with Asian expansion and SA expansion. Are there any plans to enter the US?
Thanks in advance for your response.
Sincerely,
Greg R. Cassinerio |
