Dear John : Ann needs her sight back. She has macular degeneration and is legally blind. Could I please remind the thread that Mavis is almost seeing normally now. ( Same disease ) She eats spinach, collard greens and turnip greens every day; at least one of he three, takes zinc,and Opti vitamins and herbs for sight.( beta carotine is also great too ) In Christ.gregor
