It would seem that unless the short interest has risen dramatically in the past week, as would seem unlikely to me as it is to a short's interest to be covering at lowered prices, and the 13M-14M isn't that big a percentage of recent daily volumes. So I think this would be a minor factor as this is less than 10% of the turn.
