SargeK, By the way, I still owe you (and have for you) a couple of really cool oilfield industry hats- Collector's items-You may not even want to wear them. Send me an address via a private message. As a former regulator in the Carter Administration days, strictly my opinion only- I smell a rat in the way the last debt downgrade occurred just before the DYN-ENE deal collapsed. Again strictly one former regulator's opinion, yet...It sure looks like DYN was in collusion with the Wall Street rating agencies in trying to "break the deal" and get out from under the deal and yet still grab Enron's Nonat P/L System....Just one person's hunch....
