INFOWAVE SIGNS CHANNEL MARKETING AGREEMENT WITH AT&T WIRELESS SERVICES Companies announce the immediate availability of enterprise solutions that provide wireless access to Microsoft© Exchange©, the Internet and web-based applications
Burnaby, British Columbia, February 14, 2000 - Infowave Software, Inc. (TSE:IW) today announced that it has entered into a channel marketing agreement with AT&T Wireless Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of AT&T (T:NYSE), the world's premier voice and data communications company. AT&T Wireless Services operates one of the largest digital wireless networks in North America. Under the terms of the agreement, the companies will collaborate on joint sales and marketing activities to promote Infowave's wireless enterprise solutions and AT&T's extensive Cellular Digital Packet Data (CDPD) network. Infowave will also receive a compensation fee for each Infowave customer that subscribes to AT&T's CDPD network.
