Still here my friend. Was gone on business all last week and as you can imagine, came back to a lot on my desk. Although I have been spending more time at the yahoo club than here perhaps. Come join us . . . the evening chat sessions have got me rolling from time to time. Anyways, for those who haven't visited the club, here is some updated information. RICO Case Docket: home.att.net Circuit Court of Appeals cases appealing dismissal of bankruptcy case: ca5.uscourts.gov ca5.uscourts.gov Yes, there is a motion to dismiss one of the appeals by one of the parties who started it in the first place. Could be good news.
