Good move Larry.
As you probably know, much more important than the product is the quality of management, especially the kind of management that cares about share holder value. IMHO RSYS has the worst management I have seen in any company I have invested in. They are simply incompetent.

Unfortunately, I did not come out of this "worst investment of my life" unscathed. I sold in the thirties at a sizable loss, right after I sent in my vote to kick management out. Since then I have put my RSYS money to work in Lucent and never regretted it.

Sometime last year one of the employees sued RSYS in court alleging they fudged their books to prop up earnings. RSYS settled out of court. Perhaps there was some truth to these allegations and we are seeing the "true" earnings being reported now.

I can see these loosers warning again and again in the future. Perhaps the next stop on stock price = ipo price ($12, I believe). After that, $8 which is management's purchase price for their stock. Even then, I do not expect an upward move because these guys are just too incompetent to do anything about it.

To anyone still invested with this looser, my advise would be to sell and put your money to work somewhere else, anywhere else. You will do better with a MM account.
