As for Bert McComas, I've now lost all respect for him. Although his articles contain many valid points, it seems he is bent on presenting only skewed data to support his anti-Intel stances. I mean, come on, now he's quoting unscientific Web polls from AnandTech?

What's wrong with a poll from AnandTech viewers? Now, he could have prefaced those polls indicating people who frequent AnandTech tend to be computer geeks with more than a cursory background in computer related topics. But, how is that "skewed" or "unscientific"?? If that's the way they voted, that's the way they feel. Perhaps you would rather see a poll from Intel employees?? Intel investors?? Or better yet AMD investors?? How "skewed" and "scientific" might those have been? Can you give me an example of a "scientific" poll which favors P4 as it currently is being offered? Perhaps you could start by polling people who recently purchased P4s?? Wait a minute. If I recall, we only found one person who frequents this thread who so far bought a P4. Are there any more of you out there?? Come on. Come forward....defend your purchase.... and contribute to an "unskewed" and "scientific" evaluation of P4 in all of its glorious current embodiment.
