True, though more true in certain industries than in others. Inventory adjustments have been made in many industries; in others they may be ongoing. Capacity adjustments take longer and recent events have forced a few more. Yet, I don't think excess capacity is a universally long-term problem. This too shall pass. JMO, Bob
