No, it doesn't surprise me they glossed over a lot of evidence prior to 9/11. Speaking of conspiracies; some of the more influential members on the commission were probably worried about having their FBI files leaked to the public from the Clintonista crowd if they exposed all the evidence from the Clinton years. ;-)

Sorry, gotta run. Just having a cappacino in a Cafe off the Piazza in Catania Italy. Really nice place to stroll around by the way, allot of history and art museums in the city. Kinda like a mini-Lisbon.

I'll leave you and the thread with this...

Lest we forget.

After the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, which killed six and injured 1,000, President Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1995 bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed five U.S. military personnel, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed 19 and injured 200 U.S. military personnel, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1998 bombing of U.S. embassies in Africa, which killed 224 and injured 5,000, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, which killed 17 and injured 39 U.S. sailors, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

Perhaps if Clinton had kept his promises, over 3,000 people would be alive today.

In 1996 the government of Sudan had Osama bin Laden in their custody and offered to hand him over to the United States. Bill Clinton and his liberal cohorts elected not to take the Sudanese up on their offer. Why? Because they couldn't figure out a legal means of trying him!

But Clinton knew how to argue the meaning of is.
