I am not saying they are not guilty, well actually until they have been tried, and convicted, in our system they are not guilty. I am saying that our Media, frequently slants the news to make a better story out of things, and anything the Canadian media says needs to be looked at with a fairly jaundiced eye. But I believe that these men have the right to fight as hard as they can to not be convicted. I also believe that there should have been interpreters available, that someone should have helped his mother find out where he was and that the airport system itself must bear part of the blame. I would fire the manager of the airport first, then the customs agents involved and the head of the RCMP.... And i would let the inquiry finish and see the out come. Personally I am for trying them in Poland.
