I agree 100%. Unless something really bad happens to Duramed (like no sales), using traditional valuation methods, this stock has to go up.

Lets face it, every $20 million extra in earnings adds $1-EPS. If you use a very conservative (in these times) multiple of 15 then we are looking at great potential.
