You'll get your flow rates soon enough on the 3-5 day test. These will still only be indicative because they'll likely be swab runs and then letting the well kick off and flow, perhaps without acid treatment to clean it up though they may spot some acid when the perforate the casing, and with some remaining drilling fluids that the formation will have to expel before you see the real deal of what's there. I think it is highly indicative that indeed they believe the well to be commercial or they would not ordinarily go to the expense of setting pipe in the well and incurring that extra cost.
