When I got my shingles vaccination a few months ago, it was at the Safeway. They had just put a new sign up advertising that they offered shots. Now I see that they are advertising flu shots. I used to have wait for the schedule of where flu shots were being given and then stand in line for an hour. Now I just have to remember to go to the pharmacy and ask for one. There's no excuse for not getting one now.

I love the increased availability of retail medical care. I hope the trend continues.
