Cash: BAOA success hinges on Call Center business... which hinges on the Building being finished out & occupied... which hinges on loan $$ in hand (already been approved by City agency)... which hinges on soils test. Haven't seen the post, but if soils test is OK, things "could" move quickly. Can't say as I've seen these folks move quickly on anything yet! Virginia Rybski (?) may know more; I'll try to dig up her # & call. All in all... great upside at these prices. Blessings... Sportfish
