Then mail a similar letter, or carbon copy to Nick so he also is made aware of numerous issues with shareholders.

An incoming surge of letters will stir things up and put some pressure on. Also, remember, no one at the company can say they weren't made aware of investor questions, sentiment, demands etc. Investors help KEEP these companies in business. Period.
