I must respectfully disagree, and I've backed my position by buying call options today (January 135's). Sounds good, J.P. I don't expect the Judges Decision until March, so January calls could be good. MSFT will have positive news in the media every day in January, as they are presenting their side. I have never done calls, but I have some "play" money available, and I may do the same.
