So, let me see if I can Traficant this one. 1. The U.S. Opposed settlements. 2. Israeli politicians, and the people they represent, disagree with the U.S. government policy allow settlements to take place. 3. Years later, Israel decides it's in their best interest to pull out of the area. 4. Israel wants U.S. to pay for the pullout. Scotty BEAM ME UP!!!!
